Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your item if the following conditions are met:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- Certain items such as intimate goods, electronics, and hygiene-related items are non-returnable for safety reasons
Wrong or Damaged Item
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund after verification.
